10/10
We had such a rad time chilling here! The rooms were, like, super clean and comfy, and they had this amazing fully darkening curtain, which was perfect for some solid sleep. Plus, breakfast was on point with real Italian coffee! So nice getting two adjoining rooms for the kids! Just wish there was more variety for breakfast, ya know?

The location is excellent, with a supermarket right in front, making it easy for us to grab essentials. We also appreciated the proximity to a public park, which provided a nice place to relax and enjoy the surroundings. The hotel offered good cleaning services, and the helpful staff assisted us in navigating local transport options.
While the hotel was great overall, the breakfast options could use some variety to enhance the experience.

We enjoyed our stay immensely, especially with the beautiful clean rooms and the convenient location, just half an hour from Florence. The breakfast was a nice perk with great coffee, and my little child loved the sweet treats each morning.
My kids wished there were more kid-friendly food options.

Had an amazing time with friends, exploring Tuscany! We took a nice ride to Montalbano, enjoying the views of the Arno river valley. The rooms were clean and modern, perfect for our group. Plus, the restaurant offered delicious pizzas. Conveniently located if you're a fan of Florence's chic shops. Ideal for exploring both Florence and Pisa's historic charm.
One thing that disappointed us was the breakfast setup. We expected more variety without extra charges for scrambled eggs and juice, which felt a bit off.

good stay but lacking in breakfast variety
The room was clean and the bed comfortable. I appreciated the quiet neighborhood, which allowed for restful nights. The garden view was a beautiful spot for morning coffee, bringing a pleasant start to my day.
The breakfast selection was limited and didn't meet expectations.

I recently spent 5 nights in a Standard Double or Twin Room, and the affordable minibar prices and the fabulous bathroom really stood out to me! However, the breakfast could use more variety. I would definitely choose this place again!

Family with children, decent but not perfect
The hotel is clean, and the staff is, you know, friendly and attentive. I appreciated how they cleaned the rooms every day and changed the towels without fail. Once, they even set up a nice little area for the kids to enjoy in the evening, which was a pleasant surprise.

The stay consisted of two rooms for the family, which were spotless and recently renovated, ensuring comfort for everyone. Enjoying real Italian coffee at breakfast was a delightful touch, and the clean, modern bathrooms only added to the overall experience. However, the breakfast options were limited and lacked variety, which was somewhat disappointing. The location was also slightly inconvenient, being a bit farther from major attractions than expected.
